You're completely right - nothing replaces working with a trusted trainer or coach in person. Whether it’s at a clinic or in a private lesson, the value of working with someone in person is truly priceless.
However, it's not always possible to have a coach with you every day. Access to a trainer on a frequent basis may be limited, and the cost of taking private lessons on a frequent basis can add up fast and become extremely expensive, making it challenging to take this path.
